If you prefer to order by telephone or fax, rather than using the secure server, then the telephone is usually monitored from 10.00 am to 5.30 pm (UK time) Monday through Saturday and is redirected to an answering machine at other times.

Customer Service

If you have a query about your order then we check our email several times a day and this is the best way to follow-up a query. Please give your name, the details of your order and the date on which you placed your order. Do not forget to give us your email address or other means of contacting you. If the email address that you provide on the secure order form is incorrect then we may not receive your order. You should receive email confirmation from the service provider that your order has been received; if you do not receive the email then your order may not have been processed.
